Shipping & Handling Information

Online Orders
For orders within the United States, shipping is free. For custom orders or for outside the continental United States, Insta Arch^® will contact you regarding supplemental shipping costs. All Insta Arches^® are shipped by ground delivery by The United Parcel Service (UPS). Over-Night and Bulk Rate shipping is available; call for pricing and information. Allow 3-5 day shipping for Stock Items.

Custom Orders
A $20.00 per box minimum is required on all custom orders. Any oversize arch orders will be priced at a $30.00 per box minimum. These orders include any arches over 60" inches. All Insta Arches^® are shipped by ground delivery and are priced in accordance with guidelines set by The United Parcel Service (UPS). Over-Night and Bulk Rate shipping is available; call for pricing and information. Allow 3-5 day shipping for Stock Items. Allow 2-3 weeks for shipping on all Non-Stock Items and Custom orders.

Returns
Insta Arch Corporation assumes that all sales are final. If a customer is not satisfied with our product, exceptions can be made in special cases.

The return policy for damaged goods will be the responsibility of the designated shipping company. Insta Arch Corporation will replace the damaged arch and only charge for the reshipment of the order. In the case of damaged goods, the damaged arch must be returned before reshipment and replaced with the exact same arch. Insta Arch^® will pay for the shipping of the returned unit.

Insta Arch^® is not liable for incorrect measurements made by customers on custom arch orders and is not liable for reimbursement of error made by the customer. If an arch is manufactured incorrectly, Insta Arch Corporation will reimburse the cost of the arch if the customer is unsatisfied or will manufacture and ship a new one to suit the customer's needs at our company's expense. If a mistake is made by Insta Arch^® for a custom order, the original arch must be returned prior to the shipping on the corrected arch. Cost of returns on incorrect custom orders due to manufacturing error, will be incurred by Insta Arch Corporation.

Sales Tax
Connecticut businesses must add 6% sales tax to their total, including shipping charges.
