5. SMS / Text Messaging
This section describes how our text-messaging program works and your rights.
Consent. By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from InstaArch LLC, sent from (605) 305-0754, regarding customer care and your account. This includes appointment and meeting reminders, project status updates, proposal and invoice notifications, and direct project-related communication. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving our services.
How you opt in. We collect your phone number only when you provide it to us directly in the course of doing business. After you indicate you wish to receive texts, we send a one-time confirmation message asking you to reply YES to confirm. We do not send further messages unless you confirm. This double opt-in verifies your number and your consent.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project activity and account; messages are sent in connection with events (such as a scheduled meeting, a proposal ready for review, or a payment received), not as recurring blasts.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
